Villa 101 spans 400 sqm and sits within nearly one hectare of privately walled grounds. The property boasts some of the most breathtaking views in Ibiza, complemented by a stunning 15 x 4 meter infinity pool. Expansive terraces wrap around the home, and more than 2,000 sqm of manicured lawn provide generous outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

At night, the main pool and gardens glow with automatic colour-changing LED mood lighting, creating a magical ambiance. In addition to the main infinity pool, guests can enjoy a second shallow pool with fountains that frame a large sail-shaded chill-out island, complete with two super-king-size outdoor beds. Outdoor dining is designed for entertaining, with a main dining area seating 14 guests comfortably. Indoors, the dining space accommodates 10 people at one table.
101 offers ample parking with two dedicated areas: one directly beside the villa with space for 4–5 cars, and a second zone located just 100 meters from the house.
