What is the minimum length of stay?
Minimum length of stay is 4 nights.
What are your payment terms and conditions?
At the time of booking, 50% of the rent will be charged, with the remaining balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Up to 60 days of arrival full refund will be paid.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, paid up to 7 days prior to arrival as bank transfer, or as cash on arrival. This is fully refunded on the checkout (wire transfers up to 7 days after checkout), subject to any damages.
Is it possible to get a late check out?
It is sometimes possible, if agreed in advance. Always subject to the time of arrival of the next group of guests.
What can I expect upon check in?
Our house manager Paul will greet you and give you aprox. 30 minutes of house introduction. You will also sign a standard rental contract and inventory, and be given the keys.
Does the villa have security alarm installed?
Yes, we have security alarm with cameras installed. The cameras only come on when the alarm has been activated.
Can I host a party or event at the villa?
We allow a small celebration / gathering at the villa with previous agreement.
Can I hire or bring a DJ or sound equipment to the villa?
No. The rental of sound equipment is not allowed. Written permission is always needed in case of a small gathering or celebration. It is
allowed to hire a DJ, but always with prior permission and abiding by the sound restriction policies.
Can I invite other people to the villa throughout my stay?
Yes, up to 24 people are allowed at the villa.. Anything over this number requires prior agreement.
